SOMETIMES SUNDAYS 2 pm to 4 pm

OPEN MAT in Hendersonville with Coach James Jones and Thomas Tucker. We will be holding open mat on a weekly basis usually Saturdays at 1pm unless the coaches are at a tournament then it will be on Sunday at 2pm.
