YOGA - BOOT CAMP - TAI CHI
classes are held 6 day a week at various times
each class is taught by a certified instructor
class intensity is modified on the individuals physical limitations so you can be 13 or 88
for new participants only
purchase your 6 week package and start as early as this week
Boot Camps are at 8:30 am Monday-Wednesday-Friday
Yoga is Mondays at 6pm & Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am
Tai Chi at 10 am Fridays & 1:30 pm Saturdays
