You can train up to 3 times a week in the following fitness classes

YOGA - TAI CHI

 

classes are held 6 day a week at various times

each class is taught by a certified instructor

class intensity is modified on the individuals physical limitations so you can be 11 or 88

for new participants only

purchase your 6 week package and start as early as this week

​

Yoga is on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9am as well as Thursdays at 5:30pm

Tai Chi is on Mondays at 11 am & Fridays at 10 am
