We are excited to invite you to participate in our Annual International Food Truck Fridays, taking place from June through September on the 3rd Friday of each month in downtown Hendersonville.

This event is strategically aligned with the highly popular Music on Main Fridays, which draws thousands of attendees each week. Our location is approximately 150 feet from the main stage, placing your business directly in the path of heavy foot traffic before, during, and after the performances.

​

One of the key opportunities this event provides is the lack of food options within a 1,000-foot radius of the stage area. This creates a strong and consistent demand for convenient, high-quality food—making it an ideal setting for food trucks and portable food vendors to thrive.

​

We are currently seeking portable cooked food vendors (food trucks/trailers only) to serve attendees, as well as non-food vendors to help create a vibrant, community-focused atmosphere.

Event Details:

• When: 3rd Friday of each month (June–September)

• Where: Hendokickboxing, 121 W. Barnwell Street in our parking lot

• Cost: Only $40 per event date

 

Requirements for Participation:

• Proof of liability insurance

• Signed vendor waiver

• Inspection and approval by the Fire Marshal (for food vendors)
