Fitness test
60 push ups
100 sit ups
3 minutes on the heavy bag
Sparring 3 rounds two minutes each with fresh partners

Leadership
Must know how to teach all preceding videos with no assistance
​
Requirements
Must be able to teach adult class alone
Must be able to assist teaching kid's class
​
Assist in school events when needed (special events)
$350 non member
$200 member (by invitation only)
