Hendokickboxing Open House Fridays

Join us for our exciting Hendokickboxing Open House Fridays — a free community event designed for children, teens, and adults to experience the energy, discipline, and confidence-building benefits of martial arts training.

Every Open House features FREE 30-minute introductory classes led by our experienced instructors. Whether you are looking for fitness, self-defense, confidence training, or a fun activity for your child, there is a class for everyone.

 

Open House Dates

Held on the 3rd Friday of each month:

  • June 19

  • July 17

  • August 21

  • September 18

 

Event Time

5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Participants are welcome to attend one class or multiple classes throughout the evening.

tiny tigers (ages 3-5)
5pm to 5:30 pm

Our Tiny Tigers program is specially designed for preschool-aged children. This fun and energetic class introduces young students to martial arts through games, movement drills, coordination exercises, and beginner kickboxing skills.

Children learn:

  • Listening skills

  • Focus and attention

  • Coordination and balance

  • Confidence and respect

  • Basic striking and movement

This class creates a positive first martial arts experience while helping children burn energy and develop social skills in a structured environment.

kids kickboxing (ages 6-12)
5:30pm to 6pm

This high-energy class teaches children the fundamentals of kickboxing and martial arts in a safe, motivating environment. Students will learn basic punches, kicks, partner drills, fitness exercises, and self-discipline skills.

Perfect for beginners and children looking for a fun, active program that builds life skills.

6pm to 6:30pm

Designed for experienced young martial artists, this advanced class introduces students to higher-level Muay Thai techniques and training drills.

 

Students must have:

  • At least 1 year of martial arts experience

Training includes:

  • Advanced striking combinations

  • Pad work and drills

  • Defensive movement

  • Conditioning exercises

  • Leadership and confidence development

This class challenges students physically and mentally while encouraging discipline, perseverance, and advanced skill development.

ages 12+ 6:30pm to 7pm

Learn practical real-world self-defense techniques used by military and law enforcement professionals around the world.

This beginner-friendly class focuses on:

  • Situational awareness

  • Escape techniques

  • Defensive tactics

  • Threat response

  • Confidence under pressure

Krav Maga is designed to help everyday people protect themselves quickly and effectively in realistic situations.

muay thai kickboxing
ages 12+ 7pm to 7:30pm

Experience the power and excitement of authentic Muay Thai kickboxing training. This class combines striking techniques, fitness training, and pad work into a challenging and motivating workout.

Participants will learn:

  • Punches, kicks, knees, and elbows

  • Combination drills

  • Conditioning exercises

  • Footwork and movement

  • Fitness and endurance training

No experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome.

Class sizes are limited so register as soon as possible. Everyone who attends at least 1 class will get 1 free week of classes
