Our kikboxfit boot camp classes are at 7 AM and 7:30 AM, four days a week at Hendokickboxing, are designed to deliver maximum results in minimal time. The short, focused format keeps workouts efficient and engaging, making it easier to stay consistent even with a busy schedule. High-intensity training helps improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and overall endurance while keeping energy levels high throughout the day. Starting early in the morning builds discipline, boosts mental focus, and creates a positive routine before daily responsibilities take over. Training four days a week provides enough frequency to see progress while still allowing time for recovery. At Hendokickboxing, these boot camp classes combine expert coaching, a motivating group atmosphere, and dynamic workouts that help participants feel stronger, more confident, and accomplished—before most people’s day has even begun.

Our 30-minute high-intensity boot camp classes at Hendokickboxing use a powerful mix of equipment and bodyweight training to create a full-body workout that’s both effective and engaging. Participants train with heavy bags to build power, endurance, and stress relief, while kicking pads and boxing gloves improve striking technique, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. Medicine balls are incorporated to strengthen the core, increase explosiveness, and enhance functional strength. Alongside this equipment, bodyweight exercises such as squats, push-ups, and planks develop muscle control, balance, and overall athleticism. This combination keeps workouts dynamic, challenges the entire body, and ensures you get maximum results in just 30 minutes
